Liz has over 26 years experience working in the Spanish health sector caring for those visiting the country. For over 20 years she was responsible for a leading tour operator's welfare dept in Mallorca before joining a leading Medical Assistance company as Operations Director.

Liz naturally speaks fluent Spanish and her responsibilities include the day to day management of Medical Screening and also the monitoring costs of hospitalisation/treatment and controlling standards of service provided from all suppliers and overall ensuring high standards of service are met.

José has over 5 years experience in Medical Assistance and Cost Containment where he has utilised his multi-lingual skills to great effect speaking Spanish, French and Portuguese fluently.

Prior to working within the medical assistance industry he spent 7 years with the Metropolitan Police in Victim Support and in the Major Incident and Crisis management centre at Heathrow Airport.

José has day to day responsibility for the Operations team, promoting and maintaining the highest standard of care whilst safeguarding the interests of clients.
