We have Service Standards for virtually everything that we do in our office.
- We will never have an automated switchboard - you and your clients will always speak to a real person.
- A full written record of the screening and policy endorsement will be sent to the policyholder within 24 hours of the screening.
- We will deliver a personal service and wherever possible and be available to answer any post screening queries.
- We will ensure clear and effective communication with all parties
- We will always act with common sense and in the best interests of the policyholder and our insurer partners
